About Professor Ali Fenwick
Ali is a Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Hult International Business School. He teaches Managerial Psychology to both MBA and Executive MBA students and provides management education workshops to corporate clients. Ali is also a successful industrial-organizational psychologist. He has designed and conducted research in both an academic and professional setting. His work has contributed to new insights and effective solution in Sales & Negotiations, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and International Business. Ali has lead (research) project teams in FMCGs, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, and Food for major brands such as Philips, Bayer, Novartis, Nokia, KPN, and Nisshin. Ali is the founder and CEO of LEAD Training, Consulting, Management & Leadership (LEAD TCM&L™), a global training and management consulting firm specialized in human capital development and behavioral change solutions. LEAD TCM&L™ currently has offices in Rotterdam, London, Sao Paulo, Perth, and Tokyo. After completion of his first degree in Asian Languages and Business, Ali was awarded various prestigious scholarships to further his studies in Social Science. Through his studies, Ali became passionate about business psychology especially the field of work motivation and commitment. This led him to become a PhD fellow in industrial and organizational psychology.
