Join us for an initial discussion about how a Black Alumni Network could support the personal and professional development of our Black heritage alumni.
This event will provide an open discussion to explore what a network for alumni and students of Black heritage could look like, how it could benefit you and create a supportive community looking at issues of interest.
In this kick-off session you will hear from Imperial’s Alumni Relations team about the initiatives already in place and how this network could support our current programme of events and benefits. You will also meet some of the alumni keen to drive this forward, as well as committee members of some of our other networks who will share best practice examples.
This is your chance to help us shape a new alumni group, get involved and share your ideas. Tell us how this network could support you and what activities you would like to see moving forward – this is a real opportunity to drive change and strengthen the alumni community. We encourage all attendees to be as engaged as possible, come forward with positive suggestions and help us shape a network that provides valuable peer-to-peer professional and personal support.
This event is aimed at Black heritage Imperial students and alumni, but all supportive voices are welcome.
