The Business Development (Biz Dev) internship and the Rotational Development Program (RDP) are closely related—when hired as full-time employees, business development interns join the RDP. This page describes the role and what types of projects you might work on as an intern or a full time employee in these groups.

Rotational Development Programme & Business Development Internship
We will kick things off with an intro to Jane Street & our RDP/Biz Dev team followed by networking with current employees on the Rotational Development Program (including those who completed the Business Development Internship prior.
For those who are less familiar with us, this event will be a fun and casual intro to Jane Street. For those we have met before, you will get all your questions answered about BizDev/RDPs and the critical roles they play at our firm.
Typically when we come to campus, we bring food and swag. Since we can't meet in-person, we will provide access to request a Jane Street T-Shirt! More info to be provided in event confirmation email.
About the Event
Join us on Thursday 21st October (17:00-18:30 BST/18:00-19:30 CEST) to learn more about our Business Development Internship and Graduate Rotational Development Program.
Please submit the form by Monday 18th October 2021 if you're interested in attending. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
All attendees MUST have access to Zoom accounts and be able to use it for this event. We will confirm attendees and provide Zoom meeting details via email by EOD on 20th October - we hope to see you there!
Audience
This event is for penultimate year 2023 Graduates who are interested in our Business Development Internship and final year 2022 Graduates who would like to learn more about our Rotational Development Program. Students from any STEM discipline are welcome to attend. No finance experience is necessary!
