Our Trading Desk Operations Specialists (TDOs) are agile, adaptive problem solvers who come from diverse academic backgrounds. There is no single ideal candidate for this role—over the years we’ve hired math teachers, systems engineers, computer science majors, and even a former dive instructor. Graduate Trading Desk Operations Analyst
We will kick things off with an intro to Jane Street, followed by small group chats lead by TDOs. For those who are less familiar with us, this event will be a fun and casual intro to Jane Street. For those we have met before, you will get all your questions answered about TDOs and the critical roles they play at our firm.
Typically when we come to campus, we bring food and swag. Since we can't meet in-person, we will provide access to request a Jane Street T-Shirt! More info to be provided in event confirmation email.

Audience
This event is for final year 2022 Graduates who are looking for full-time positions starting in Summer 2022 and are interested in learning more about our Trade Desk Operations specialist role. Students from any STEM Discipline are welcome to attend, historically we have hired a number of Maths, Computer Science and Physicist graduates into this role. No finance experience is necessary!
