Eligibility
Those who identify with an underrepresented ethnic or racial minority group

Our FOCUS program is part of our commitment to give as many people as possible the chance to learn more about what we do.

We invite those who identify with an underrepresented ethnic or racial minority group to meet our team and learn more about our trading, software engineering, and strategy and product teams.

This multi-day program was created for first-year students currently enrolled in university. It does not require a prior knowledge of finance, only an interest in seeing what a career at Jane Street might look like. 

Our next FOCUS event based in our London office will run 10th - 13th January 2024. The deadline to apply is Sunday, 19th November 2023 at 11:59pm GMT.
