Explore the Law is a uniquely interactive event designed to provide bright and ambitious students with disabilities and long-term health conditions an insight into the true nature of the opportunities available within commercial law and the support that can be provided.

The event will include sessions on the legal industry, disclosure, requesting support, interview skills, and an opportunity to meet business reps from the law firms and hear their stories via a panel discussion and networking.

The event is aimed at undergraduate students who have a disability* or long-term health conditions – visible or otherwise – interested in finding out more about legal internships, placements and careers.

*Disability includes but is not limited to conditions such as: visual and hearing impairments, mobility impairments, Asperger’s Syndrome, diabetes, epilepsy, dyslexia, dyspraxia, mental health conditions, speech impairments and major illnesses such as cancer and MS
