- Running on the 4th and 5th September 2023, you’ll learn about the different internships we’re running in 2024 – and we’ll even help you secure a place on one before term is underway

What you’ll do
Over two days, you’ll get to know us virtually and in person to discover how we’re turning bold ambitions into powerful actions in our three areas of focus: learning, climate, and enterprise.
You’ll hear from inspiring women who are leading our evolution as a bank and learn how you can help us make NatWest Group a more equitable place for everyone.
Entry requirements
If you're in the first year of a three-year degree, or 2nd year of a four year degree programme you can apply to our Insight Experience event.
You’ll need to be graduating in 2025, but you don’t need any specific UCAS points and you don’t need to be studying a particular subject.
What else you need to know
- On the 4th September, you must be able to attend in person at our Edinburgh office, while on the 5th September you’ll attend the experience virtually from home
- We’ll support your travel expenses for the in-person event by reimbursing you up to the value of £100
- After completing the Insight Experience, you’ll be invited to attend our virtual assessment centre, where we’ll support you in securing a place on one of our 2024 Internship programmes
