Join our Ethnic Minority and Social Diversity networks for an in-person open evening in Bristol to learn more about life at Osborne Clarke. The evening will involve a panel Q&A led by our trainee solicitors, associates, and Partners, and plenty of opportunity to network with the OC REACH and OC Social Diversity teams. Our recruitment team will also be on hand to provide you with invaluable tips on how to navigate the application process.
This event is open to university students (in any year and from any degree discipline) from an ethnic minority and socially diverse background, with an interest in pursuing a career in commercial law.
OC REACH is Osborne Clarke's race, ethnicity, and cultural heritage network. It was set up to help develop an inclusive and integrated environment for black and minority ethnic people and has a critical role in supporting the development of policies and initiatives, as well as the recruitment, retention, and progression of black and ethnic minority colleagues at the firm.
OC Social Diversity is Osborne Clarke's employee network focusing on promoting and supporting social diversity in the workplace. The network aims to facilitate access to the legal profession and law firms for all and develop an environment in which all employees can thrive, irrespective of their social background.
