The fifth annual Society of the Year Awards is back and, this year, we're delighted to announce that the awards ceremony will be in person once again. We know the incredible impact societies have on the communities around them and we're excited to celebrate with you this year.
Who can apply?
The Impact on Community Award, sponsored by Police Nowis for the UK-based society that has given the most back to their university and the wider community, whether through charity work, volunteering or offering support. They are true leaders on campus, driving problem-solving, decision-making and emotional intelligence to positively impact the community, working with charities and local organisations to make a real change.
What do you win?
The winning society for each award will be announced on Wednesday 8th December and will win £900 for their society. At the awards ceremony on 26th January, you'll also have the chance to win overall Society of the Year 2022 and an additional £1,000 for your outstanding achievements (voted for by the firm sponsors).
