Strategy& Black Talent Insight Day

By PwC
7 Oct 2021, 2 p.m.
Consulting, Financial Services
Application deadline was 6th October 2021, 6:00pm

The aim of our Strategy& Black Talent Insight Day is to foster Black undergraduate talent. Black talent is currently underrepresented in our industry and recent stats have shown that there are only 11 Black equity partners across the largest four accountancy firms in the UK, with over 50% of these being partners at PwC. We know we have more work to do in reaching Black students and encouraging them to explore opportunities at PwC.

Through our one-day virtual programme, you'll meet and learn from our inspiring Black leaders, who'll share their career journeys with you and explain why racial diversity matters so much to us. You'll find out more about the type of work we do in Strategy& across a huge range of industries - from online retailers, media, start-ups and finance; to charities, Government and Public Sector. We’ll also break down some of the myths around our application process and build your commercial awareness to help you prepare for our case study interviews, giving you the opportunity to practice in a friendly and supportive environment. You’ll get lots of opportunities to ask questions and network with our people throughout the day too.

Strategy& can offer you a career with diverse and challenging assignments, working on key strategy issues and solving the most critical problems for global organisations. You’ll collaborate with engaging colleagues and receive unmatched opportunities for professional development and achievement. As a progressive employer, Strategy& continues to develop a diverse and agile workforce who feel empowered to to be the best they can be.

Open to all students in their penultimate or final year of study.

At PwC, it starts with you.
