    We are launching our placement recruitment campaign for entry to 4C in summer 2023.

    We are looking for outstanding individuals to join us for a 12 month placement to gain hands on experience of working with one of the UK fastest growing consultancies.

    The placement

    During your placement you will be assigned a live projects to work on at 4C. The project status may range from initial prospecting, such as bidding support, live project activities or any supporting activity required to ensure the successful delivery or our consulting and transformation services.

    Specific tasks would be confirmed closer to the project timeline and once we have had a chance to meet you. Work may include:

    • Performing and leading cost analysis and savings modelling
    • Preparing and managing Requests for Information (RFI) & Requests for Proposals (RFP)
    • Conducting market research, contract compliance reviews and ad-hoc problem solving
    • Liaising with stakeholders internally and externally
    • Ensuring adherence to 4C’s sustainability commitment and policies
    • Working with client staff and executives to develop and implement improved processes and methods

    Skills

    We are interested in hearing from candidates with the following skills:

    • Excellent commercial awareness & academic achievements
    • First class analytical skills
    • Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Excel and PowerPoint
    • A strong teamworking ethic
    • Ambition and enthusiasm to drive results and succeed in a dynamic and fast paced environment
