    About the role

    This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and self-driven digital professional to join our digital team.

    Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery, management and monitoring of key digital platforms including websites, intranet, CRM, email, SMS, digital advertising, and social media.

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the development of content and marketing plans for the Group’s websites and intranet.
    • Provide support on social and email marketing channels as required.
    • Provide proactive, day-to-day content management and optimisation of the Group’s online content ensuring it’s accurate, well-written, consistent and aligns with brand and digital guidelines.
    • Liaise with internal and external developers to ensure our websites and intranet functionality requirements are delivered to the quality standards required.
    • Manage day-to-day requests from client departments, ensuring they are kept informed, and requests are completed to a good standard and in accordance with the team’s SLAs.
    • Provide advice, training and support to our clients across the organisation, ensuring digital guidelines are adhered to.
    • Deliver search engine optimisation (SEO), email marketing, events bookings management and other digital marketing activities to market the organisation and its campaign goals.
    • Produce digital performance reports using Google Analytics and Looker Studio, analysing data, evaluating user interactions and provide data-informed narrative for non-digital audiences.
    • Maintain digital support systems, guidelines and documentation, ensuring adherence to communications guidelines, best practice, accessibility and legal requirements.
    • Provide support to help deliver digital projects and assist with general administration, including budget and payment administration for the digital team.

    More about you

    • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths & English (Grades A* - C)
    • A relevant digital and/or communications qualification (Desirable)
    • Significant knowledge and experience of digital best practices
    • Experienced in the use of digital technology
    • Experience of using digital platforms to engage with multiple different audience
    • Experience using content management systems to manage and publish content
    • Working knowledge of social media management and email marketing platforms
    • Experience in making decisions by assessing analytics data, user research and stakeholder requirements
    • Experience of working in complex organisations with a wide variety of internal stakeholders.
