    About the Role

    The role, based in Edinburgh, will provide a wide variety of experience across the finance function, where our graduates will play a meaningful role in helping their teams deliver their goals. Typical experience includes;

    • Delivering financial results to market
    • Preparing monthly and quarterly management information
    • Partnering the business to enable timely decision making
    • Working through Business Planning and budgeting cycles
    • Completing varied Tax projects and returns
    • Financial reporting and analysis
    • Supporting Finance operations – including developing understanding of transactional processes, cash balances and controls

To help you achieve your ICAS CA qualification we have a well-structured 3 year training programme involving a series of five placements with a support network including Mentor, Counselling member and Placement Manager. You will also be part of the company wide Graduate network.

    Graduate Programme

    Our graduate development programme provides you with the opportunity to rotate around the business for six month placements giving you exposure to the wider business as well as first-hand experience within our finance teams. To support our graduates to get going quickly we provide an extensive induction giving you access to hear from senior professionals across the company, complete soft and technical skills training courses and get to know your cohort of graduates.

    Further to formal structured development programme and rotational opportunities, as a graduate you will be supported to work towards a recognised industry qualification (ICAS).

    About You

    We are looking for motivated individuals in their final year of university studies, who demonstrate the following skills:

    • Analytical: Effective in collecting and analysing information to facilitate and support decisions.
    • Trust & Integrity: Demonstrates the organisations’ values to deliver work with integrity and to high ethical standards.

    • Attention to detail: Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy and organisation in work.
    • Team Work: Encourages team work, collaboration and breaking down boundaries when working with others.
