Client Delivery Graduate Programme
The Technology Delivery Programme allows you to choose one of two specialisations to get your career started at Accenture: Tech Architecture and Client Delivery. The Client Delivery programme is different for every graduate.
The training, development, progression and promotion is all about YOU as an individual. On average our graduates remain on the programme for 24 months, however time spent on the programme will differ for everyone.
You can expect to be working directly with our clients to help deliver solutions using some of the most advanced technologies on the market. You will help drive and deliver business transformation, develop industry-leading specialist skills, and help transform our clients around the world. This will include designing, building testing and deploying strategic solutions for our clients.
As a key member of project teams, you’ll work directly with our clients in a variety of roles, understanding their unique challenges and requirements, helping to formulate a plan of action and collaborating with local and global teams to deliver innovative solutions.
What you’ll learn
In Client Delivery, your passion for technology will help you understand our clients’ biggest technological requirements and help them to understand and successfully deliver complex technology solutions. You will also develop strong data literacy skills which will allow you ability to read, work with, analyse and communicate with data effectively.
We’ll make sure you are kept up to speed with the latest technologies, innovations and delivery methodology as well as developing new skills in business analysis, testing and project management. We’ll also train you in the best delivery practices such as DevOps, Cloud, Agile & Accenture Delivery Methods. You will also get the opportunity to gain industry certifications across various technologies and delivery methodologies. There are various roles that you can do as a Graduate these include but are not limited to Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Programme Manager, Business Analyst and Scrum Master.

For Client Delivery, you’ll need a university degree in any discipline and a demonstratable passion for technology. You will be an excellent communicator, solution and client focussed. You will use your knowledge and experience to work directly with our clients in helping them deliver innovative and cutting-edge enterprise systems to help transform their business.

Where you’ll work
You’ll apply to one of our offices in London and may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK (and sometimes abroad). You’ll have a willingness to travel and be flexible to being away from home for periods of time.

And realising you need to be up-to-speed as soon as possible, we’ll make sure you have all the training you need. As well as an award-winning induction programme and a supportive graduate community within the Technology Analyst Group, you can look forward to mentoring from some of our most successful leaders. The training you’ll receive will be broad and practical. It will combine sessions that focus on critical soft skills as well as the technical skills you’ll need to develop into a trusted and successful Tech Consultant.
All training will help you get the all-round skills for success, but it will be your experience that will really make the difference, which is why the variety of live project work we’ll give you will be so important.
