What you'll be doing
On this 3-week virtual internship, you’ll be immersed in a pro bono consulting project from day one. Intense and rewarding, this project will allow you to make your mark on a global business, while building connections with talented people across our organisation and making a difference to a client that really needs it.
From the beginning, you’ll have a mentor who will provide useful tips and guidance on your work and career whenever you need it. You will be introduced to the business straight away, and given a full 2-day workshop on how Accenture functions from our diverse range of colleagues that you will work with.
Then, you’ll learn about the project you will be undertaking, receive a problem statement and be placed in teams where you will work towards a solution with guidance from the client and your mentors. Throughout the three weeks you will undertake some key consulting training, learn different Accenture methodologies and gain an understanding of the role of an Analyst at Accenture – all while working in a great team!
But it’s not all work and no play! You’ll participate in weekly socials, get some exciting freebies and have the chance to network with a diverse range of people and networks from around the business to really give you that all-round understanding of our company culture.
The aim is to give you an insight into what life is like at the sharp end of business and technology. By the end of the scheme, you will come away with loads of valuable skills – and hopefully an offer to join us when you graduate.

Where you’ll work
The programme is totally virtual, which means you can work from anywhere in the UK! You will have countless opportunities to network with your fellow interns, your mentors, analysts from across the business and will work in small teams, as a cohort and individually throughout your time on the programme.
What we’re looking for
You’ll currently be in your penultimate year of university. You’ll be a strong communicator with great organisational skills and a real passion for innovative tech, you’ll want to know more about how technology can make a real difference to business and the world we live in.
