The TAP journey
Your introduction to TAP kick starts with an induction with fellow TAPpers from around the world. After this training, you will begin your journey which will consist of five rotations across Accenture.
- TAP into Accenture Business: 3-month assignment in an Accenture business organisation, experiencing what our employees experience.
- TAP into your HR Expertise: Assignment 2 and 3: Assignment #2 includes two six-month projects in different HR functional areas followed by Assignment #3 which is a 3-month rotation working with one of our core HR hub teams, with possibilities for travel.
- Collaborate with other corporate functions: 4-month assignment in another corporate function – Finance, CIO, Legal, Marketing & Communications, Payroll, Corporate Citizenship.
Following completion of TAP, you will be invited to apply for a role in HR from vacancies listed on our career marketplace where you will have the chance to continue your journey here at Accenture.

Where you’ll work
During the two year programme you will likely be hybrid working, with an expectation that you will be available to collaborate with your HR colleagues and stakeholders in person at the Fenchurch Street office on a regular basis.
What we’re looking for
The programme is open to current students in their final year of university or graduates with an HR-related degree/modules or proven interest in HR gained through work experience.
