Industry X: Digital Engineering & Manufacturing Graduate Programme
As an Analyst, you’ll work as part of a project team to build enduring, trust-based relationships at the heart of a client’s organisation, helping them to transform their business. You’ll get early responsibility and build your skills and expertise through interesting and challenging work. On this programme, there is an opportunity to gain experience across various industries (Products, Communications, Media and Technology, Health & Public Service, Resources and Financial Services) and several areas including but not limited to Product Lifecycle Management, Engineering Consulting, Product Design, Cloud Platform Engineering and Manufacturing and Operations.
You will gain an understanding of how Product Design, Product Engineering and Manufacturing are structured and optimised using Digital tools and Data.
Not only will this enable you to pursue your passion, but you’ll develop an understanding of the business issues and cutting-edge technologies applicable to each industry, enabling you to grow and play your part in delivering innovative solutions tailored to each client.
Whichever path you follow, you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple industries, developing your technical and consulting skills. These soft and hard skills will be nurtured throughout your time as an Analyst and reinforced through training and self-guided learning - helping you to grow from Analyst to Consultant.

What we’re looking for
We look for outstanding performers, with an open and collaborative mindset. As an Industry X Analyst, you’ll need well-rounded capabilities with a proactive, driven and self-empowering approach. A dedicated teammate, you’ll need strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills, and high learning ability. Above all, you’ll need to be naturally curious about business, Industry and technology. This programme is open to those with a bachelor’s degree (in any discipline – achieved or predicted). Degrees such as Maths, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Design degrees are especially relevant, as is a strong demonstration of industrial experience.
Where you’ll work
Accenture is a people first business which thrives on collaboration, knowledge sharing and building strong connections.
You will need to live within commutable distance of your assigned office which will be London, and you will be expected to come into the office regularly. Due to the nature of our work, you may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK and sometimes outside of the UK. You will be expected to work on client site or in your assigned office for a minimum of 3 days a week (or more depending on business requirements).
