Operations Graduate Programme 2021

A global network of Operations Professionals including core capabilities that range from Solution Development through to Account Leadership, Accenture Operations is Accenture's Delivery Team for the full range of Business Services offered to our Client’s working across the entire range of industry sectors and Offerings. Roles available can include Solution and Offering Development, Mobilization and Project Management, Delivery, Account leadership and a wide range of Business Excellence and Technology roles.

There's real variety for the graduates who join us. You could find yourself involved in Client Delivery, Project Management, Automation and robotic projects and Account Management. Our collaborative approach involves teaming up with other parts of the Accenture organisation to offer an unrivalled mix of skills and solutions that will not only give you incredibly broad exposure to other fields, but the opportunity to use some of the most advanced technology around.

There's excellent training and support throughout plus the opportunity to be stretched and to work on new and exciting engagements with our Clients. In all, the range of experiences means you can rapidly become an expert in your field and continue to grow professionally.

Where will you work?

You will need to live within commutable distance of your home office which will be London. Due to the nature of our work, you may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK and sometimes outside of the UK. You will need to be prepared to travel and sometimes live away from home for long periods of time.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• You need to have gained or will obtain a degree in Business, Economics or a technically focused subject such as Computer Science
• A real passion for the Operations industry and a desire to grow your skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility / adaptability
• Ability to work effectively in a team
