Analytics Graduate Programme

Data is key to giving organisations competitive advantage. This is collated from multiple sources, such as images, audio, texts, tweets and blogs, not to mention the vast swathes of information surrounding every event, every object, every location and every moment.

It is no longer enough to just ingest data, but businesses also need to recognise the complexity of the data environment. So, how can organisations harness that data? The answer is advanced analytics.

On this programme, there is an opportunity to gain experience across several areas including but not limited to Data Science, Data Architecture, Data Visualisation, Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering and Data & Artificial Intelligence Strategy.

Each involves working as part of a team to produce and deliver complex analytic solutions for our clients and their customers.

What you’ll learn

You’ll gain an understanding of how data and statistical and quantitative analysis, combined with exploratory and predictive models and fact-based management, delivers data-driven business insights. You’ll also gain insight into how the implementation of cloud-based technology can transform businesses and processes.

Whichever path you follow, you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple industries; developing your technical and consulting skills. These soft and hard skills will be nurtured throughout your time as an Analyst and reinforced through training and self-guided learning - helping you to grow from Analyst to Consultant.

What’s in it for you

As well as the prospect of a great career centred around improving the way the world works and lives, you can look forward to a competitive starting salary and a generous holiday allowance. Other benefits include a pension scheme, personal laptop, an AMEX card, private healthcare, subsidised gym membership, season ticket loan and much more besides. For a comprehensive list of all our benefits, visit our website.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

You’ll need to be studying or in possession of a quantitative degree, such as maths, statistics, data science, computer science or engineering, experience with a coding language and an ability to understand, analyse and transform data.

A flair for analytical and logical problem solving is essential, alongside strong numerical skills. These are client-facing roles that entail interpreting and translating client requirements into workable solutions that bring business benefits. So you’ll also need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to articulate numerical concepts to a non-numerical audience.

If you are successful, you will need to be available for a June 21st or 12th of July start date

Where you’ll work

You will need to live within commutable distance of your home office, which will be London. Due to the nature of our work, you may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK and sometimes outside of the UK. You will need to be prepared to travel and sometimes live away from home for long periods of time.
