Tech Transformation Graduate Programme
You can expect to be working directly with our clients to help deliver solutions using some of the most advanced technologies on the market. You will help drive and deliver business transformation, develop industry-leading specialist skills, and help transform our clients around the world. This will include designing, building testing and deploying strategic solutions for our clients.
As a key member of project teams, you’ll work directly with our clients in a variety of roles, understanding their unique challenges and requirements, helping to formulate a plan of action and collaborating with local and global teams to deliver innovative solutions.
What you’ll learn
In Tech Transformation, your passion for technology will help you understand our clients’ biggest technological requirements and help them to understand and successfully deliver complex technology solutions. You will also develop strong data literacy skills, which will allow you the ability to read, work with, analyse and communicate with data effectively.
We’ll make sure you are kept up to speed with the latest technologies, innovations and delivery methodology as well as developing new skills in business analysis, testing and project management. We’ll also train you in the best delivery practices such as DevOps, Cloud, Agile & Accenture Delivery Methods. You will also get the opportunity to gain industry certifications across various technologies and delivery methodologies. There are various roles that you can do as a Graduate, these include but are not limited to Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Programme Manager, Business Analyst and Scrum Master.

For Tech Transformation, you’ll need a university degree in any discipline and a demonstrable passion for technology. You will be an excellent communicator, solution and client focussed. You will use your knowledge and experience to work directly with our clients in helping them deliver innovative and cutting-edge enterprise systems to help transform their business.
We’re also looking for you to demonstrate a passion for technology in either your studies, work experience or extracurricular activities.

Where you’ll work
Accenture is a people first business which thrives on collaboration, knowledge sharing and building strong connections.
You will need to live within commutable distance of your assigned office which will be Birmingham, and you will be expected to come into the office regularly. Due to the nature of our work, you may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK and sometimes outside of the UK. You will be expected to work on client site or in your assigned office for a minimum of 3 days a week (or more depending on business requirements).

What you know is what we can sell to our clients. So, we’ll invest in your development from your first day. And realising you need to be up-to-speed as soon as possible, we’ll make sure you have all the training you need. As well as an award-winning induction programme and a supportive graduate community within the Technology Analyst Group, you can look forward to mentoring from some of our most successful leaders. The training you’ll receive will be broad and practical. It will combine sessions that focus on critical soft skills as well as the technical skills you’ll need to develop into a trusted and successful Tech Consultant.
All training will help you get the all-round skills for success, but it will be your experience that will really make the difference, which is why the variety of live project work we’ll give you will be so important.
