We’re seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial and practical Graduate to join our dynamic Commercial team. Working closely with our senior Commercial management team, you’ll support the broader Commercial team on real-world projects to help drive our business forwards in a strategic and creative manner. In this varied and fast-paced role, your projects will range across all our Commercial activities, including product development decisions, new product launches, product lifecycle management, marketing and price management. To do this, you’ll work with a broad range of departments across the organisation, meaning you’ll get a strong understanding of how our business works.

On a day-to-day basis you’ll be a key resource in a number of region-wide long-term projects to build our Commercial infrastructure within Europe, Middle East and North Africa, produce clear and engaging presentations to underpin business updates and coordinate work, resources and budgets between departments to ensure projects run smoothly at all times.

Working alongside a Senior Director, you’ll provide support and get to be involved with high-level projects whilst getting to know the business from multiple perspectives. T

The person

You’re a real self-starter – smart, committed, determined and resilient, with a drive to get the best out of any opportunity! With a passion for business and a good Commercial acumen, you can’t wait to get stuck in to projects, using data to gain a solid understanding of the situation, but thinking creatively to find entrepreneurial yet effective solutions to a problem.

With advanced Excel skills (e.g. v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas, macros), the idea of handling large datasets doesn’t faze you; experience of working with Power BI would also be useful, but not essential.

You’ll also have strong IT skills, with experience of using PowerPoint to create clear and engaging presentations. With a hunger for learning, you’ll be happy to travel to support projects at our different offices (nationally and internationally), and will have the communication and interpersonal skills to navigate working with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.

Evidence of some Commercial experience and a degree-level qualification (2:1 at minimum) in a business-related subject (or a science-based subject with a keen interest in following a Commercial route) would be ideal, but we’re looking for someone with the right attitude to conquer the world and help drive our business growth forwards.
