    Your role

    As an Analyst, you will support our teams by providing technical, analytical and reporting assistance. This will include researching, analysing and summarising company, financial and market information.

    You can expect to be involved in valuations, damages assessments, financial modelling and M&A due diligence, each of which will require your work to be summarised in presentations and reports addressed to professional investors, large corporates, lawyers and tribunals.

    Accuracy assisted a luxury products distributor to assess the potential takeover of a champagne house.

    Accuracy undertook financial due diligence, business plan preparation and cash flow forecasting on a UK retail company in financial distress.

    Accuracy was appointed as a financial expert in a dispute between an investor in health insurance companies and an Eastern European government.

    What we look for

    • Genuine interest in problem solving, financial analysis and corporate finance
    • Numerical and analytical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail
    • Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Office and other programming skills are valued
