    The position

    We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual, wanting to gain experience in recruitment to join our People Operations Team.

    Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for providing support to the Talent Acquisition partner, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the full recruitment cycle and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback to candidates
    • Own all admin processes and systems around recruitment, including sending online tests, reviewing CVs, booking interviews
    • Ensure all tasks are completed to a timely manner, in line with the organisation’s KPIs
    • Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to Talent Acquisition partner on a regular basis
    • Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner in the planning and attendance of career fairs and university visits
    • Build relationships with external partners and engage with them on weekly scheduled meetings
    • Act as a super-user on the recruitment system, including development and maintenance of all recruitment data, pipelines and processes
    • Ensure that we are working in line with GDPR regulations
    • Deal with any 1 st line recruitment queries from the organisation
    • Organise the payment of all recruitment expenses, ensuring this information is adequately tracked

    Job requirements

    A self-starter, with clear motivations for wanting to start a career in recruitment. You will have experience in following processes with a strong attention to detail. There will be a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience at all times. You will have:

    • Excellent communication skills, both internal and external of the organisation
    • The ability to prepare and interpret recruitment data
    • Proficiency in MS excel
    • Key organisational skills to progress a variety of job roles at once
    • The ability to work towards a deadline and priorities more time-sensitive pieces of work
    • Strong decision-making ability, ensuring only the best candidates progress
    • Process-driven mindset
    • Educated to a degree level with a 2:2 or above
