What you’ll do
As a Technical Consultant (Trainee), you will design and implement software solutions and ensure adherence to development best practices. You’ll analyze workflows, optimize data usage, and contribute to organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Working with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and assess the operational feasibility of digital solutions
- Designing and optimising system workflows to maximise efficiency and enhance data utilisation across platforms
- Driving adherence to the full software development lifecycle, ensuring best-in-class practices are consistently applied
- Developing comprehensive system documentation, including flowcharts, technical annotations, and architectural overviews
- Defining robust system specifications and recommending industry-aligned best practices to guide implementation and governance
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and proposing enhancements to systems, processes, and internal policies
- Collecting and analysing development challenges to generate actionable insights that inform future technology decisions
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across geographies to align technology initiatives with wider organisational growth objectives.
Entry requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA)
