    Assist Senior Manager, Merchandising in curating category business success through the development and execution of robust category plans.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the creation of GTM proposition/category Marketing Plan (product, communication tools, activation tools, Sports Marketing support, etc.) to his/her Sales team, and support the sell-in process to the JD Group.
    • Assist SMM on SMU process
    • Share and brief Line Manager on needs of categories they will be responsible for
    • Be point of contact and support for category with a main focus on product related questions
    • Work closely with the JD sales teams on range specific topics, key concept deployment & preparing them to GTM.
    • Attend and support sell in days/events
    • Report and assist in analyzing commercial input and market specific needs
    • Support regular analytics on the sell-in and sell-through performance of category
    • Deliver input on ranging, pricing, GTM, consumer trends etc. for Category Plans
    • Work closely with JD Brand Activation team on Marketing Plans
    • Assist SMM presentations to JD Sales teams.
    • Assist Brand Activation teams on GTM approach

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Consumer-focused with product and range understanding
    • Understanding of balancing brand and commercial aspects to build channel specific GTM solutions.

    • Strong engaging presentation style
    • Passionate about Style and fitness
    • Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required

    Education and Experience 

    • University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus
    • 1+ year Merchandising/Ranging and Assortment experience
    • Fluent in English (writing and verbal)
    • IT skills: Outlook and Word: Basic; Excel and PowerPoint: advanced
