    Support the North Europe BU (Business Unit) Senior Team in the execution of the category strategy and the brand Strategic Business Plan (SBP)

    Key generic responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to wider GTM (Go To Market) team
    • Assist with implementing and executing project work as advised by manager
    • Work collaboratively and build cross functional relationships
    • Have the confidence to make suggestions for improvements
    • Display enthusiasm for new ideas

    • Competent in Microsoft packages
    • Communication
    • Organisation
    • Using own initiative
    • Passion for the adidas brand and youth culture

    Department specific responsibilities

    • Assume full ownership of your own categories and work with the North and European BU to support the delivery of the seasonal category plan within North Europe
    • Support the creation of local sell-in tools to ensure an impactful sell in
    • Maintains regular analytics on the sell-in and sell-through performance of respective category
    • Own the sample order process and showroom process for your category – ensure sample targets are achieved
    • Key contact to local sales teams and category champions on range specific topics
    • Assist and support the input into EU BU on local topics, such as pricing, forecasting, trends and opportunities
    • Regularly align across all BU’s teams to capture potential for range overlaps
    • Support on wider BU topics / categories
    • Support with secondary cross-BU responsibilities
    • Consumer obsessed with a strong understanding of GEN Z
    • Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required

    Requisite education and experience / minimum qualifications

    • Bachelors students enrolled in university seeking a 12 month placement/year in industry
    • OR Undergraduate gap year students seeking an internship before undertaking a Masters degree
