    About the team

    The Digital Strategy Group works with C-level leadership at Adobe’s Enterprise customers on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ Adobe’s digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments, architecture audits and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. We push the business forward by bringing out the best of Adobe’s capabilities to inspire and delight customers.

    What you’ll do

    Placement Interns will take part in multiple strategy engagements for senior customers and lead internal initiatives, like planning and reporting. In each customer engagement, interns will be part of an exceptional team that focuses on developing insights and recommendations. This role offers rich opportunities to develop professional and technical skills to become a business and technology leader. Interns will also learn about different parts of the business, develop professional networks, and collaborate with individuals across Adobe, including from Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services.

    We seek candidates who can contribute in one or more of the following areas:

    • Experience Design — run customer journey reviews to understand customers’ unmet needs. Create brand-new web and mobile app experiences that delight our customers’ customers and improve performance.
    • Experience Architecture — assess customers’ technology landscape and data strategy to understand current implementation and usage. Recommend new solutions and use cases to enable improved customer experiences.
    • Analytics and Benchmarking — use Adobe Analytics to show customers how they perform within industry and identify areas to optimize performance.
    • Economic Impact Analysis — assess how opportunities will generate business value and quantify return on investment

    What you need to succeed

    • Currently working towards an undergraduate degree program that includes an industrial placement or year in industry.
    • Proven passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology
    • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analysing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
    • Able to perform in a collaborative team environment
    • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly
    • High level of energy, personal drive and positivity

    What to expect from the recruitment process

    • Online application
    • 15-minute telephone interview with one of our University Recruiters
    • Interview(s) with the hiring manager or team, or an Assessment Day. Either would be virtual (via MS Teams)
