    About the team 

    Our Employee Experience (EX) team is looking to hire graduates who are passionate about creating engaging and exceptional experiences that fuel our employees success. 

    The EMEA Talent Operations & Employee Resource Center (ERC) Organization is responsible for defining and driving a consistent candidate experience. The individual in this role will partner with a team of Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers by ensuring an exceptional experience for internal partners and new hires throughout the interviewing and hiring process. They will be the initial point of contact for all employees across Europe, Middle East, and Africa region (EMEA) with any queries relating to their employee experience. 

    What you need to succeed 

    • You should have graduated within six month of applying
    • Acts with integrity; builds trust and partnership by being consistent, modelling the desired behaviour, making and keeping commitments, protecting confidences, and treating others with respect. 
    • Passion for exceptional customer service. 
    • Naturally curious - we value new insights and creativity and want to be continuously developing individually and as a team 
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Flexible & positive demeanour; calm-under pressure. 
    • Proven track record to influence and encourage others to adopt processes and improvements.
    • Able to deal with ambiguity. 
    • Demonstrated maturity and sound judgment.
