About the team
The Employee Experience (EX) team plays a key role in creating a vibrant and dynamic workplace that reflects our core values. Our organization helps drive Adobe’s success by enabling all our people to do and be their best. Take a peek into Adobe life in this video.
As part of EX, the Global Site Operations team manages the planning, pre-construction and post-construction of new office spaces globally. They support the design and budgeting process for all Adobe’s global offices. This includes modifications to existing sites and the provision of estimates on equipment, labour, materials and other related costs.
Global Site Operations also design and develop organizational policies, including Health & Safety, seating arrangements, return to office policies and many more.
What you’ll do
- Act as an initial point of contact for any facilities management or logistical queries
- Work with the OnBoarding team to support the induction of new employees into the offices and providing tours of the London office as required
- Work with external suppliers and contractors to provide quotes and estimates for events and projects as required
- Support with office renovation projects and/or new building openings globally as required
- Inputting suggestions on how we can optimize our workspaces, to drive employee satisfaction through strategic policies
- Helping to manage relationships with third party suppliers
- Support regional Managers across EMEA with projects and help to coordinate activity and bring synergy across the team
What you need to succeed
- Currently working towards an undergraduate degree program that includes an industrial placement or year in industry.
- Business Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Real Estate degrees are preferred, however we encourage applications from all subject areas provided you can demonstrate a passion for all things Employee Experience.
- Interest in Facilities Management
- Able to work independently and forge relationships in a remote environment, due to the global nature of the role
- Must be highly motivated, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative & customer-centric
- Ability to handle detailed work within constant deadlines and time constraints
What to expect from the recruitment process

- Online application
- 15-minute telephone interview with one of our University Recruiters
- Interview(s) with the hiring manager or team, or an Assessment Day. Either would be virtual (via MS Teams)
