    About the team

    The Office of the International CTO brings credibility and relevance to our largest enterprise customers, driving maturity around account planning and customer engagement. The team is spread across EMEA and APAC.

    The team's three macro-level objectives are to

     

    1. Grow deal size
    2. Accelerate sales cycles
    3. Be the authoritative voice of the product in the field

    What you’ll do

    • Work directly with the CTO Team to help drive regional YoY business growth for the Adobe Digital Experience business unit (DX), focusing on Experience Cloud, in particular the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
    • Collaborate across the International business to build on Adobe's market-leading success, and partner across the International regions to help achieve DX growth targets.
    • Together with regional CTOs, Support and work closely with the Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants and technical owners across nominated large-scale opportunities, and be responsible for the team communication plan across relevant stakeholders.
    • Use relevant data to collate team dashboards to inform and improve decision making for the CTO Team and our customers.
    • Learn how to define appropriate architectures to position Adobe products to meet customer outcomes.
    • Partner with regional go-to-market teams for AEP and related applications to evolve the communication strategy and ensure knowledge sharing.
    • Use your passion for technology to align transformational technology trends and concepts with defining & delivering architectural visions.

    What you need to succeed

    • Currently working towards an undergraduate degree program that includes an industrial placement or year in industry.
    • Computer Science or Engineering degrees are preferred, however we encourage applications from all subject areas provided you can demonstrate a passion for all things Cloud Technology.
    • Inquisitive and willing to challenge the status quo, with a view to help drive growth and deliver increased market share.
    • An understanding of data architecture and design concepts.
    • Proactive approach to problem solving and influencing executive expectations.
    • Ability to build appropriate relationships through influence.
    • Big picture thinking approach, coupled with problem-solving proficiency.
    • Comfortable in prioritising your own workload while aligning to business goals.
    • An innovator at heart and a self-starter who is looking to push the boundaries on the art of the possible.
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing solutions/technology/industry and knowledge in an on-demand/SaaS business environment.
    • Growth mindset and drive to learn, adapt and deliver impact while developing new skills and knowledge throughout the internship.

    What to expect from the recruitment process

    • Online application
    • 15-minute telephone interview with one of our University Recruiters
    • Interview(s) with the hiring manager or team, or an Assessment Day. Either would be virtual (via MS Teams)
