    About the Team

    Adobe’s Legal department is looking for an intern to join the EMEA Legal team for 3 months in the summer of 2023. This intern-level position will be based in the UK and will work on a broad range of business matters requiring legal support. The successful candidate will be exposed to a diverse range of legal issues and will have the opportunity to gain experience with a variety of agreements and projects.

    What You’ll Do

    • Work with the EMEA Legal team supporting a broad variety of legal work including software licensing, procurement, professional services, intellectual property, privacy and legal research assignments.
    • Work in collaboration with legal counsel to review and draft confidentiality agreements, statements of work, procurement services agreements, RFP/RFI documentation, and related activities for the support of these and other transactions.
    • Cooperating and working closely with other legal team members in Maidenhead, Dublin, Paris, Munich, Stockholm and Bucharest and Brazil.
    • Collaborate and work closely with other teams in Adobe such as Sales, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Engineering, and Business Unit teams as needed to support revenue-generating transactions and address corporate policies/processes and legal issues as they arise.
    • Work on project assignments based on the training that will be provided by Adobe.

    What you Need to Succeed

    • Currently working towards a Bachelor of Laws degree and able to work for a 12-week period over summer
    • Affinity for technology-related issues and commercial contracts.
    • Broad knowledge of legal processes and terminology, conduct basic legal research.
    • Proficient use of MS office applications; comfortable using technology in general, and easily able to learn and successfully use multiple software systems and applications.
    • Possess the ability to compose correspondence and draft legal documents in an organized manner and using clear and concise language.
    • Attention to detail; a positive, problem-solving, business-focused attitude; exercise of good judgment and the ability to prioritize substantial workload in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills whether with co-workers, vendors or customers alike, and a dedication to customer service.
    • Proficient English. Ability to speak another EU language being a distinct advantage.
    • High degree of flexibility and ability to adapt quickly.
    • Good sense of humour!

    What to Expect from the Recruitment Process
