We are looking to hire 4 Interns into our Marketing department, one into each of the following specialisms:
Marketing Strategy & Operations
The Strategy and Operations team is the glue that brings all the marketing plans together across the organisation. They partner closely with key stakeholders to define and lead processes related to planning, prioritization, and operational effectiveness. They also are responsible for budget planning and management.
As an Intern, you will support with team engagement initiatives for EMEA and APAC regions, which will include creating new content and events. You will also support the budgeting, build and delivery of marketing plans across both regions.
Industry Marketing
Focused on our Digital Experience offering, our UK Industry Marketing team look after 70 large enterprise accounts within FSI (Financial Services and Insurance), Public Sector, Retail and TMTG (telecommunications, media, entertainment and gaming) verticals. They work closely with our Sales team to find opportunities for expanding our product offering within existing accounts, and our Executive Marketing team to build on existing C-suite client relationships.
As an Intern, you will support with Industry Events and our cutting-edge deal progression marketing programme. You will gain excellent insight to a B2B industry led marketing role.
Digital Media Communications
Focused on our Creative and Document Clouds, this role reports to the Head of Digital Media Communications with a dotted line to the EMEA Social Media Manager.
As an Intern, you will support the EMEA roll-out of global PR and Social content, focusing on the UK, France and Germany across our main channels: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You will create content calendars across multiple geographical locations and will support the delivery of creative social and PR storytelling content. You will carry out research to help inform our campaigns and will also gain exposure to a Community Management role.
Brand Experience
Our Brand Experience team support our Creative Studio and Event leaders in delivering phenomenal event and campaign experiences
As an Intern, you will learn the fundamentals of Project Management in a Creative environment. You will learn to run complex and innovative projects by supporting our Brand Experience Leadership team in delivering exceptional Adobe brand experiences internally and externally.
What You Need to Succeed
- Currently working towards an undergraduate degree program that includes an industrial placement or year in industry.
- Marketing or Business Management degrees are preferred, however we encourage applications from all subject areas provided you can demonstrate a passion for all things Marketing.
- Able to demonstrate a strong interest in at least one of the following areas: Events, Social Media, Communications, Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Marketing Campaigns
- Strong IT skills, including ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
What to expect from the recruitment process

- Interview(s) with the hiring manager or team, or an Assessment Day. Either would be virtual (via MS Teams)
