About the Team
We are looking for high-energy, driven, and self-motivated undergraduate students to join us. The team engages with our customers to understand their challenges and delivers solutions that allow them to delight their users and customers. The successful candidate will be involved in exciting projects from day one, these could include understanding creative workflows for content creation, through to solving challenges in business critical document processes.
What You’ll Do
You will learn many of the skills required of a Solution Consultant and gain an understanding of Adobe’s Digital Media business including the Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. During your year at Adobe, you will be part of a Solution Consulting team and work on real client & internal projects. Upon completion of the program, you will be developed in many of the areas required to be successful as a Solution Consultant and will be prepared for a potential career in the field.
- Analyse customer use cases, creative workflows and business processes
- Translate findings into strategic or tactical recommendations
- Build compelling business cases
- Present your findings and recommendations to customers and stakeholders
What You Need to Succeed
- Currently working towards an undergraduate degree that includes an industrial placement or year in industry
- Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design or equivalent degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Possess the ability to listen, dissect and solve business problems
- A curious self-starter who is resourceful and learns fast
- Attention to detail with organisational skills
- Enjoys challenges and learning about industry and technology trends
- A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
What to Expect from the Recruitment Process

- Online application
- 15-minute telephone interview with one of our University Recruiters
- A virtual Assessment Day (via MS Teams) with the hiring managers and team
