    As an Associate Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for delivery of general administration tasks within the Operations team, alongside being involved with researching/analysing our current business processes/workflows, in order to help us improve performance, increase revenue and save time.

    What you will do 

    • Delivery of general administration tasks within the team
    • Assist with analysis of existing business data and operational procedures through a variety of data sources from within the company
    • Identify opportunities for improvement related to business operations, with a view to how we can increase efficiency and effectiveness and reduce cost
    • Provide analysis and reporting of operational Performance to determine effectiveness
