    We are currently looking for three Application Analysts to join our team in either Edinburgh, Witham or our Peterborough office.

    Working within our Application Support team, you will be responsible for the provision of accurate, competent and timely IT support for Business Applications within the Platform environment across Aegon.

    You will be proactively reviewing our Incident queues in ServiceNow, ensuring timelines and SLA’s are met and providing diligent investigation of assigned incidents to confirm business impacts for Aegon.

    We’d love to hear from you if you have

    • Analytical mindset with a desire to understand how systems and associated business processes function.
    • Experience working on an IT Service Desk or recent qualification within an IT discipline.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
    • Experience working within a fast paced environment and comfortable working in a team environment.
    • Excellent attention to detail with a drive for continuous improvement.

    It’d also be great – but not essential - if you’ve got

    • A basic understanding of ITIL processes and how they are applied within IT Service management
    • Experience working within a regulated environment previously.
    • Basic knowledge or keen to work with Cloud Technologies i.e. AWS
    • Basic working knowledge of Database technologies i.e. MS SQL Server

    What’s in it for you?

    • A competitive salary from £29,000 – £43,500, depending on the experience you can bring.
    • A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%
