    Our graduate scheme

    Now in its 6th year, our well-established Marketing graduate scheme has been curated to offer you a diverse range of marketing experience throughout your 2-year contract. Each year we welcome two exceptional graduates into our team, allowing us to give a more personal approach to your professional growth and development.

    Your two-year journey with us:

    You will undertake four placements (each lasting six months). We understand you need the opportunity to explore several roles to determine the path of your future career, and we want to support you through this. You will have the opportunity to choose from placements in:

    • Strategy & Planning
    • Marketing Communications
    • Brand and Digital content
    • Marketing Operations & Production
    • Proposition
    • Public Relations
    • UX & Digital Engagement
    • Placement outside the Marketing Department to broaden your skillset (e.g., Distribution, Customer Services, Change)

    To help your professional development, we will fund you to complete the CIM Level 4 Marketing Certificate with paid leave to support your studies.

    Graduates form a valuable and respected part of our wider marketing department. In your role, you will be given ownership of a number of tasks and responsibilities where you can have an impact on the business and our customers.

    Who we are looking for

    We need motivated and diligent graduates with the right attitude to succeed within our close-knit team. We value ambitious candidates who are creative and have an analytical mindset which will help them succeed in this role. We champion a collaborative, supportive working environment so an ability to work as part of a team is vital. Knowledge of basic marketing principles or experience in this field would also be an asset to your application.

    We’ve adopted a hybrid environment of remote and office working, so it’s important that you live (or are willing to relocate) within a commutable distance of Edinburgh by the start date in September 2023.

    How we look after you

    • 2 year fixed-term contract, starting salary of £25,000 per annum
