About the Role
Aforza is looking for a graduate/junior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Cloud Platforms engineering team, where you will be working with a friendly team of highly talented engineers building out Aforza’s industry-leading cloud solutions.
You will be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from design and analysis to development and testing of new features. The ideal candidate will be eager to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every employee directly affects the company’s success.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new features on Aforza’s Salesforce platform
- Build frontend components using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Write performant backend code in Apex
- Perform code reviews on the team’s pull requests
- Write client-side and server-side unit tests using testing frameworks such as Jest
- Take part in all aspects of SCRUM, including sprint planning, reviews, retros and backlog estimation
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is hungry to kickstart their career in Software Development and learn from some of the best engineers in the industry. Ideally you are someone who has:
- Experience with object-oriented programming in languages such as Java or C#
- Frontend development experience and be comfortable with modern JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- A desire to learn from experienced team members and to always improve your skill set

Our Interview Process
- A 30 min intro call with an Engineering Manager
- A 1-2 hour interview with an Engineering Manager and a senior engineer. This will either be in person in our Cardiff office or remote over Google Meet. We will ask you questions on your experience and history and dive into your technical skills
- Two 30 min final stage interviews with our Executive Leadership, including our CEO and Chief Product Officer
