    We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to work on a hybrid basis, two/three days from our HQ in Coventry and the remainder working remotely from home.

    The role

    Joining a vibrant, thriving and experienced team, this role supports delivery of an exciting annual marketing programme using both traditional and online marketing methods. We are looking for a creative and organised marketeer with some previous practical consumer or food related experience who is keen to embrace this role to help us drive consumer demand for products grown and reared in Britain.

    Responsibilities

    • Co-ordinate the creation of new resources and ensure updates to existing resources, to include recipe leaflets, event branding and retailer assets
    • Liaise with team colleagues and creatives to develop briefs and manage the online order form and stocks in the storage and mailing house
    • Support colleagues with desk research relating to specific specified topics such as recipe costings, or competitor activity
    • Assist with website projects, such as writing new copy, and uploading new content
    • Support social projects, such as helping develop new content, curating content, supporting influencer activity, monitoring industry engagement and identifying trends
    • Support colleagues with administration duties to include meeting minutes, co-ordinating invites, filing, budgetary monitoring, and managing team inboxes
    • Liaise with experts to communicate food, nutrition, sustainability, and farming messaging, ensuring accurate, evidence-based information is effectively positioned for target audiences
    • Recommend improvements and assist in the development of new ideas and approaches
    • Establish and maintain an understanding of the target audience and marketplace
    • Ensure brand integrity across all marketing outputs
    • Assist in the documentation and verification of regulatory claims and evidence related to campaigns
    • Work in partnership with internal teams and external suppliers and stakeholders to deliver effective marketing activities

    About you

    • Previous experience in a consumer marketing role desirable (particularly desirable if food-related) with a good understanding of modern, multi-channel marketing, on and offline. Marketing degree or professional qualification desirable, although not essential
    • Customer service orientated with positive can-do attitude, and the ability to build effective working relationships
    • A clear communicator with excellent written English skills
    • Skilled project co-ordinator, with good time management, analytical and organisational skills
    • Proactive, able to take ownership of tasks and demonstrate initiative
    • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables
    • Willing to develop and embrace new ways of working that drive efficiencies and effectiveness
