    What you will be doing

    You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be an Aircraft Operations Engineer and can expect to be involved in the following;

    • Leverage on the advancement in digital technologies to influence maintenance concepts by which we will design the aircraft of the future
    • Support and drive the development of innovative Human Factors in Maintenance methods.
    • Aircraft Operability is not focussed on one single part of the aircraft, so you will have the opportunity to apply your developing skills across many systems and major structural components.
    • You will learn how to collaborate within a large, transnational aerospace business.

    At the end of the 2 year development programme, you will be fully equipped to be a key player as an Aircraft Operations Engineer.

    What we look for

    To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:

    • Educated to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
    • Recently graduated or first professional experience within a relevant field of study
    • Proficient oral and written communication skills in our business language (English)
    • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment focused on driving future innovation
    • The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
    • Good understanding of statistics
    • Curiosity with disruptive ideas about how future aircraft could be used and maintained
    • Creativity and have an open mindset with a desire to explore and learn
    • A keen interest in the aviation industry
    • The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
