    We’re looking for someone who is aligned with our core values and has the following skills and experience.

    As an Associate Recruiter, you will be joining an experienced People and Talent team and assisting with recruitment across a range of freelance and permanent positions.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining and developing the existing freelance pool. This includes working with our production teams to assign fully vetted freelancers to our projects’ needs, keeping our tracking system up to date with freelancers’ availability, and progressing new freelancers through the vetting process.
    • Working with our development, production and sales teams to identify our freelance needs and adding new relevant freelance candidates to our network through a range of outreach and sourcing activities.
    • Recruiting for our permanent roles as they arise. You will manage the process from screening applications to delivering offers and handing them over to HR for onboarding.
    • Managing the shared Talent inbox, booking interviews, handling applications and other ad hoc administrative activities.

    Requirements

    • Some recruitment experience, whether internal or agency and an understanding of recruitment, and best practices. Games industry experience and an understanding of the usual roles are preferred.
    • Good organisational skills.
    • Experience with various sourcing platforms, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter and ArtStation.
    • Experience with shared workspaces such as Notion and Trello (or similar)
