    Our Finance Graduate Programme is a three-year Programme where graduates will get the opportunity to live and breathe finance and learn from the bottom up. Graduates will rotate through a number of areas in the Finance team during the three years covering key areas such as; accounting principles, accounts receivable and payable, balance sheet reconciliations, management accounting, tax and payroll, financial planning & analysis whilst also ensuring robust financial controls along the way.

    As a result, you will develop technical accounting and commercial skills across the range of accounting functions, gaining practical experience and receiving on-the-job training to complement the theoretical knowledge gained from your professional studies. During the three years you will be able to complete your CIMA or ACCA professional qualification, assisted by our funded professional study package and with guidance from our current and recently qualified trainees.

    Our finance department incorporates a range of disciplines including management accounts, statutory reporting, tax compliance, business partnering, financial planning & analysis and financial control, and so creates opportunities to progress a career at AJ Bell once qualified.

    Qualifications

    • 120 UCAS points (under the tariff for courses starting from September 2017)
    • 2:1 or above honours degree
    • Hard-working and enthusiastic
    • Keen interest in building your future career in accountancy
