    • A year working in the Transformation Project Team for a global retailer with potential for a permanent role after graduation
    • Based in Atherstone, Warwickshire

    Role description: 

    The Global IT system and Business process landscape of ALDI SOUTH is undertaking a transformation under the management of the International Transformation Organisation (ITO) department. In this role you will be part of the Country Deployment Team that supports all aspects associated with the release of various applications within GB/IE. 

    The role will form part of the National Change Team (NCT) who are responsible for overseeing, coordinating and supporting the project Communications, Change Management activities and Training material in GB/IE.  The NCT oversee and support the National Deployment teams in the following areas:

    • National Project Communications (AHEAD only) 
    • End User Training (AHEAD Systems and Processes) 
    • End User Adoption 
    • Change Management 
    • Senior Leadership Engagement & Support

    Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Provide support to the NCT with project related activities across the various areas (as above) 
    • Engage with the relevant global teams to support NCT activities within GB/IE as required
    • Embrace change and take ownership across a variety of tasks within the scope of the programme
    • Coordinate and support content creation/upload on the AHEAD Newspage
