Our Rotational graduate scheme has been in place at Allianz for a number of years; Its purpose is to create a pool of talent with valuable experience spanning multiple divisions in the company, who we hope will become our leaders of the future.
What you'll do
So you can get to grips with our business, you’ll spend your first 12 month placement working in either Claims, Operations or Underwriting. From here on, you’ll be able to tailor the scheme to your individual interests and skills – and there are a wide variety of placement areas on offer. From Claims to Marketing, HR to Project Management, you can choose the three business areas you want to explore for the remainder of your placement, spending six months working in each of them.
Throughout the scheme, you’ll have extensive exposure to talented people across our business, who’ll educate, inspire, and bring out the best in you. To top it all off, you’ll have the opportunity to gain a Level 6 Qualification through the 'Senior Insurance Professional programme' via Chartered Insurance Institute.
Whether you work as part of Allianz UK, LV= GI or another part of the Allianz UK, our opportunities are located across the UK, so it’s likely you’ll need to relocate as soon as it’s safe for us to welcome you in the office.
What you'll need
To join our Graduate Scheme you’ll need a 2:1. This can be in any discipline, from any university. To us, the most important thing is that you’re interested in what we do as a business and have the ambition to succeed. We’ll expect you to roll up your sleeves, get stuck in and be passionate about your work. Because we care about making a difference – and you should too.
