What you'll do
We want you to get the opportunity to develop innovative insurance solutions that fully meet the needs of our customers in this ever changing world.
We have a large and varied customer base in the UK, so you could find yourself arranging insurance policies for a hotel in London, a motor fleet in the Midlands or a construction project in Scotland . You’ll gain a huge breadth of experience and will specialise in either corporate business or small and medium enterprises (SME).
Underwriting is at the heart of any insurance company, so developing your skills in this core area opens the door to a whole range of opportunities . For example Senior Underwriting, Technical Management, Pricing, Account Management - all with the potential to develop into senior leadership roles. Equally you could pursue a career in Risk Surveying, Sales or Operations. The opportunities are as varied and broad as the business and your aspirations!
