Talent Management & Acquisition Administrator
The Talent Management & Acquisition Administrator provides a supporting role to the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities for all Allstate Northern Ireland business areas. The successful candidate will take on a range of integral administration activities to enable in the smooth running of the department.
- Managing the posting of all job adverts on careers boards
- Candidate administration and communications throughout all stages on the selection process
- Maintaining up to date and accurate candidate records within the candidate tracking system
- Scheduling interviews and assessments on both a local and global level
- Preparation of interview and assessment documentation
- Collating interview and assessment results on behalf of consultants
- Facilitation of background and reference checks for all hires
- Supporting with the collation of departmental reports and metrics as required
- General filing and administration
Placement Students who impress on their one-year placement with Allstate Northern Ireland may be made conditional offers of permanent employment with Allstate at the end of their placement for further opportunities where available.
So, what are the essential criteria to apply?
- All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK
- On course to complete second year of a Human Resources or Business Studies degree course by the end of June 2023
- Required to provide all module results to date. Failure to provide marks will result in withdrawal from the process. These results will be used in the shortlisting process.
- 2:1 or above average in module marks to date
- Driving license with access to transport as travel to Londonderry/Derry & Strabane may be required
- Flexibility to travel
You will also:
- Be competent in Microsoft Office applications – particularly Microsoft Excel
- Have excellent presentation skills
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Be self-motivated and work well under pressure
- Have the ability to work well with people at all levels
- Ability to be proactive and flexible
