    Altus Group is excited to announce a new opportunity for Business Development Executives to join our Manchester B2B Sales team.

    This opportunity is for money-motivated who believe they will have what it takes to thrive in a fast-paced, successful sales department within the Commercial Real Estate industry.

    Salary

    £23,000 starting salary, increasing to £30,000 upon successfully meeting or exceeding targeted expectations within any 4/6 months rolling. Plus uncapped commission!

    Training & Support

    You will be provided with extensive training, and ongoing support is provided by experienced trainers; this includes, industry training, sales techniques, roleplay, objection handling, call shadowing, and call coaching.

    What to expect

    • You'll adopt a multi-media approach to engage business prospects in conversation through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn Lusha.
    • You'll have weekly achievable targets. For example: Creating qualified sales appointments for our commercial property consultants to attend.
    • You will be coached, pushed, and challenged to do more.

    What we are looking for

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We're looking for somebody who can think on their feet and engage confidently with our clients.
    • At least 6-12 months prior working experience in business development or sales, both cold and/or warm calling.
    • Ability to network and make new connections
    • Adaptable and target-driven, with the ability to work towards deadlines.
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • Self-motivated with the ability to contribute both independently and as a team member
