    Altus Group are now recruiting for Graduate Sales Executives in our Manchester office. This is an opportunity for money-hungry, competitive Graduates who believe they will have what it takes to thrive in a fast paced, successful sales department within the Commercial Real Estate industry.

    What to expect

    • You will be targeted on making outbound calls to new clients to introduce Altus Group, our services and the benefits of these services for the client.
    • You will be on a busy sales floor - The team are upbeat, high energy and enjoy a high-performance fun culture on the floor. We have music on, it's noisy, we cheer and celebrate our teams successes as they happen
    • You'll be working for a global business with offices in over 50 countries, we're a corporate and professional setting with teams who work collaboratively, and we like to have some fun along the way!
    • We provide advice to over 50,000 UK CRE occupiers and investors - this means the range of clients you'll be speaking to is wide reaching and varied, from smaller SME's to large multi-national corporations.
    • Expect daily/ weekly/ monthly sales games and incentives. Cold calling is a tough job and we like to reward the team well to keep them motivated to succeed!
    • Away days - Each month and quarter the team run social and team building events, this months is an all expenses paid trip to York races!

    What else to expect

    • A targeted environment - all of our Sales team have weekly targets to achieve which are monitored. You'll be expected to perform against these targets and will receive training, ongoing coaching and development to support you achieving against these.
    • A learning curve - the services we offer to clients are niche and only within the Commercial Real Estate industry, most of the graduates who join us have no exposure to the industry and it's a lot of information to process in the first few weeks of intensive training.
    • Progression opportunities - 100% of our Sales Team Leaders, Sales Managers, Senior Sales Managers and Sales Directors within the UK tax team started out in this role with us....we hope you'll be following in their footsteps in the years to come!

    Skills required

    • Graduate with excellent verbal communication skills with a natural conversational ability - We're looking for somebody who can think on their feet and engage confidently with our clients
    • Competitive drive/ Previous experience in sales - Have you been on a sports team? Maybe you've worked in promotions, been a brand rep, or a social sec/ event organiser while at University?
    • Target driven and able to work to deadlines

    • £20,000 starting salary, increasing to £23,000 upon successful completion of probation
