The Role
A&M is seeking a Marketing Campaign Executive in London to support the delivery of internal and external marketing campaigns and initiatives. This is an exciting and broad-reaching role which will connect with multiple areas of the business and staff at all levels and, as such, demands a flexible and adaptable approach. You will be an integral part of the global marketing campaign management team and working closely with the team, you will develop new campaigns, take them to market and get to grips with our varied capability, offerings and audiences.
The Responsibilities
- Create content, post on social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook) and track results, in addition create audience targeting and set up paid social.
- Produce email campaigns using Pardot and pull data for results analysis.
- Help plan and deliver both online and physical events including managing invitations and the production of event collateral.
- Collate and edit content as well as design and build regular client and internal newsletters.
- Manage new joiner biographies and headshots for use in marketing and press communications.
- Work with internal clients and the marketing team to understand requirements, and the design team to produce collateral.
- Copywrite and proof-read internal and external-facing marketing materials.
- Manage quarterly reporting for social and web data analytics, press coverage, etc.
The Requirements
A&M is a growing organisation and we are looking for someone who is not afraid of a challenge, is keen and proactive and has a thirst to learn and build their career in marketing and communications. You will have:
- A degree ideally within communications and marketing
- Marketing experience in a professional services firm or similar B2B environment
- Strong digital skills; working knowledge of social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn) and social management and publishing tool, Pardot or a similar email distribution system, Google tools, SEO, PPC, Salesforce or similar and Microsoft suite
- Multi channel and multi platform experience - comfortable briefing in and reporting on a range of activities, from one-off emails to events for 50+ delegates
- Results driven and able to work on own initiative as well as take direction and, able to ask for help when needed
- Skilled at working and communicating with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable sharing opinions, presenting campaign ideas and ROI to stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills – we are a hands-on team so you’ll need to be self-motivated and highly organised to work in a fast-paced department. You’ll have the ability to multi-task and manage your time and be able to take on new activities in line with business needs and changes in priorities
- Attention to detail – we pride ourselves on being a centre of excellence so you will need to have the care and attention to get things right and also have good proof-reading skills
- Enthusiasm and energy, and a willingness to learn
- A ‘can do’ approach, able to own projects and show flexibility, delivering on time and budget
- Additional European languages are an advantage
