    The role

    This position will provide you with invaluable insight into the high-end hospitality industry, meanwhile supporting the development and direction of Aman.

    Responsibilities

    • Conducting market research – this requires investigating potential competitors, variations in pricing, growth opportunities (or market gaps), and executing mystery shops.
    • Preparing visually compelling presentations tailored to brand guidelines, while assisting in productively gathering data, and applying this to relevant sales/marketing presentations.
    • Supporting sales strategy report, engaging in meetings, managing administration, and assisting industry-based research.
    • Shadowing colleagues to attain insights, understanding and knowledge into the industry.
    • Supporting the development of commercial plans and strategies, and contributing through conducting accurate, applicable market research.
    • Effective utilization of technology, such as Microsoft products (Excel, PowerBi etc.), Adobe, ‘Monday.com’, and more.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • An interest in hotel industry and/or travel business including market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
    • Good management skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, market analysis, and the ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
    • Must have knowledge of using softwares such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
