The Brief
The Marketing Coordinator position is primarily dedicated to supporting the Marketing team in content marketing and affiliates servicing by sourcing marketing materials for customer campaigns, managing a digital repository of marketing materials per allocated partners, and support with creation of PowerPoint presentations and business-to-business newsletters.
This is a key role within the Affiliate Marketing team, working across the content portfolio of leading streamers and/or Hollywood studios. The position requires sourcing materials (images + videos), through studio/content owner portals, and ensuring all promotional assets are readily available for campaigns and internally for the production of graphics and video promos, and making these available to each allocated affiliate.

Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing relevant marketing materials from a variety of content supplier sources to support film and TV marketing campaigns
- Assist in maintaining Vubiquity’s digital repository of promotional materials
- Support on the creation of content-led PowerPoint presentations
- Create business-to-business newsletters through an email service provider such as Mailchimp or Pardot to create email templates for external communication with affiliates
- Work closely with the content owners across upcoming slate of film and TV releases
- Work closely with the internal Graphics and Production teams to ensure partner’s marketing assets needs are met on time
- Commission image / video assets with internal teams and oversee metadata and digital toolkit materials packages for delivery to designated service partners in order to support their regular weekly/monthly communication channels
- Ensure regular social media audits are conducted across customer social and online channels and create monthly highlights presentation
- Handle ad hoc partner requests such as delivering logos, images, videos, guidelines, and responding to queries regarding the marketing toolkits
- Act as brand and content IP guardian following brand and content guidelines in partner and content marketing executions
- Be part of developing, planning, and monitoring campaigns partners in EMEA, APAC and Latam to support to the Affiliate Marketing operations
What we're looking for
The Must Haves
- Marketing experience in the Entertainment market, preferably Film and TV
- Experience of managing and briefing internal teams or external agencies, ensuring deliverables to brief
- Experience in a client facing role liaising with customers
- Experience of working to deadlines, often with a tight turnaround period
- Highly competent with Microsoft packages Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Photoshop experience
- Fluent English
- Fluent in either of/or Dutch, Italian, French, Spanish (Latam) - huge advantage
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Ideally a minimum of 1 year working within a digital media content industry
- Marketing qualification preferable with a good understanding of content marketing
- Experience of working with film and TV content and assets
- Knowledge of workflow for creation of marketing materials such as posters, trailers, TV spots, OOH and digital assets a plus
- Understanding of image/AV assets and ability to update photos/banners
- Previous experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp would be useful
- Familiarity and experience of content management systems platforms would be useful
- High degree of computer literacy including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with an aptitude for learning new technology and software
- The ability to react quickly and constructively to issues & changes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management, multi-tasking and forward planning skills
- Must be an excellent communicator with experience working remotely within an international team
